Springtime at White Post Farms is synonymous with our annual plant sale fundraiser for non-profit groups. For over 50 years, we have provided schools, religious organizations, fire departments, and scout groups with the largest selection of quality plants at exceptional wholesale prices. We partner with every group to customize and coordinate the plant sale right for them. From the moment an order is placed, our team of garden experts works tirelessly to ensure that the best plants have been selected, important questions have been answered, and schedules have been laid out accordingly. Such expertise has earned us a reputation for successful fundraisers of the highest quality. It is a tradition of excellence that we take great pride in and look forward to building upon every spring.

Blooming thousands of beautiful seasonal colors over the course of our 20-week growing season. Our fundraising season begins in early March for our flowers to be in peak bloom for mother’s day.

All final orders are due no later than April 18, 2025.

Call us at (631) 427-3464 to reserve your plant sale delivery date and time ASAP. We highly recommend that you book your plant sale by April 5th as our calendar tends to book very quickly. What items do you have available in your fundraiser?

When should I register by?

We recommend that you try to register prior to Wednesday, October 15, 2025. While we will take registrations after this date, it is better to register early to give you more time to sell to your customers, so you have more time to build your orders.

What is the deadline for placing my order?

All orders must be placed and finalized with our office by Monday, November 17, 2025. Any additions needed for your orders will be on a first come, first serve basis for extra inventory available on the day you pick up.

What is your pricing?

Pricing will be provided after you have signed up and have been approved to participate in our program.

Do you deliver?

We provide FREE DELIVERY on orders over $4,000 within a 10-mile radius of our facility. All other orders are available for pick-up only. 

How many people does one pie feed?

Each Pie feeds 6 – 8 people.

How big are your pies?

 9 inch deep dish, 42+ oz per pie

How do I reheat your pies?

Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.

How do I bake the Chicken Pot Pie?

Bake at 325° for approximately 70-75 minutes.

How long are the pies good for?

All pies should be consumed within 4 days after you receive your pie.

Can your pies be frozen?

Yes, our pies freeze extremely well. 

How do I reheat my pie after freezing?

Put directly in a preheated oven at 325° for 40 minutes.

Please note that our Pumpkin, Pecan and Dark Chocolate Pecan Pies do not need to be reheated.

Can I add to my order after it is submitted?

Yes, as long as it’s not past the deadline of November 18th.

Past this date, you will be able to add on by coming into our farmer’s market on the day of receiving your order and pick up the extras; although, we will not be able to guarantee the products and quantities you are looking for will be available.

Do the pies come in boxes?

Every pie is individually boxed. For distribution, there are 6 pies in the transport box.

Do any pies need to be refrigerated?

Yes, our Pumpkin Pie requires refrigeration.

How long does the pie last in the freezer?

you may store your pies in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Are the ingredients listed on the box?

Yes, every box displays a full list of ingredients.
