White Post Farms of Melville is well known for its annual Thanksgiving pie fundraiser, a beloved tradition that has become a staple of the holiday season for schools and organizations for over 25 years in the tri-state area! After so many of you asking for it we are ready to be your favorite winter holiday fundraising program as well.
High participation rates and 30% profit margins makes our program a keystone to your success!
Schools, churches, sports teams, and many other organizations in the Tri-State Area trust us to provide their fundraising needs.
With no minimum order required to participate, our program is perfect for both small and large groups! Just order what you need!
To participate you must register for our program by December 12 on the form below at whitepostfarms.net. To guarantee your order, all final orders must be submitted by e-mail no later than Wednesday, December 17, to fundraiser@whitepostfarms.net.
For FREE DELIVERY your order must be over $4,000 and within 10 miles of White Post Farms of Melville. All other orders will be picked up at White Post Farms on either Monday, December 22 or Tuesday, December 23. Our staff will assist in loading your vehicle.
Payment is due at time of pickup or delivery. We accept cash, school check, certified check, or credit card*.

We provide FREE DELIVERY on orders over $4,000 within a 10-mile radius of our facility. All other orders are available for pick-up only.
Each Pie feeds 6 – 8 people.
9 inch deep dish, 42+ oz per pie
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
All pies should be consumed within 5 days.
Yes, our pies freeze extremely well.
Yes, as long as it’s not past the deadline of December 17th.
Every pie is individually boxed. For distribution, there are 6 pies in the transport box.
Yes, our cream pies and coconut custard pies need refrigeration.

Yes, some do, as indicated on the product labels. Our products are manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts, eggs, soy, and wheat.
