Call us to reserve your plant sale delivery date and time ASAP. We highly recommend that you book your plant sale by April 5th because our calendar tends to book very quickly.

Once you have compiled all your customer order forms, please fill out the Master Copy and submit it to our office no later than Friday, April 19th. You can print it, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us, or you also have the option to fill out our online form. Either way, make sure you get it in before the deadline! We have also included a link to the customer order form, in case you need to make additional copies to distribute or if customers from a participating fundraiser need to quickly download a form for themselves.
